All documents developed by Jung Prospect Research, LLC for a Client, including
prospect research profiles and consulting assessment and recommendation
documents, are contracted and paid for by the Client. Hence ownership of these
documents resides with the Client, not Jung Prospect Research, LLC. No third party will
view or have any access to this information without the Client’s written authorization.
Furthermore, any information provided by the Client to Jung Prospect Research, LLC as
well as any verbal discussions between Jung Prospect Research, LLC and the Client will
not be shared with a third party without written authorization.
